We’re headed to Evia Island for a stunning yoga & travel experience!  6 days of peaceful surroundings the breathtaking island of Evia, Greece, rejuvenating yoga practices and workshops, blissful sunrise and sunset meditations, the finest local vegetarian delight and leisure time for you to indulge your senses and enjoy the island life. The retreat will be held in a charming Yoga Retreat Hotel, overlooking the neighboring sea, with just a minute walk from your room to the private, relaxing beach.

This retreat offers the opportunity to practice yoga in-depth with an experienced and inspirational teacher who will share her passion for yoga and personal growth. The focus of the program is to integrate oneself as a person but also to delve deeply into all aspects of a fully rounded yoga practice. This means we’ll be following well-structured sessions created to educate and provide experience in all aspects of practice from meditation, pranayama and asana to exploring our deeper sense of self and identity.


Beginning with quiet seated meditation and chanting to set our intentions for the day and develop deeper awareness. Followed by breathing and traditional pranayama practices designed to release tension and improve subtle energy awareness. Completing the morning with an energetic vinyasa/ashtanga yoga session focused on anatomically sound movement and alignment or an assisted self-practice session to work with our individual needs.


These sessions will begin with a presentation or discussion to encourage deeper understanding of our yoga practices and its purpose within our modern lives. We’ll cover ideas relating to our sense of self or identity and the many challenges we face finding balance in our life. Following this with either a themed workshop-style educational yoga session, such as back bending and inversions, or restorative / relaxing asana.




During our 6 days retreat we will explore our inner worlds through the practice of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, using several yoga principles to reset our body and mind from the stressful daily routine. These vitalizing and restorative practices coupled with different types of meditation and pranayama sessions, all according to the themes prepared for each day, will result in greater well-being, simplicity and equilibrium in life. The intention is to establish yourself and your attitude towards life in the principles of yoga even after the retreat is completed.

The result will be strong and healthy body, loving heart, calm mind, peaceful soul and bright smile on your face!


To secure your booking a deposit of $300 per person is required. Remaining balance can be paid at a later date. Failure to pay the balance or inform us of potential late payment may result in your booking being cancelled and room given away.



By default, the rooms are with one double bed and one single bed. Single or Triple rooms may be available upon request but are subject to availability, so please check with us before booking.  Our rooms are a comfortable 30 sq meters. All rooms include kitchen and cooking essentials, balconies with a vast view of the neighboring sea, air conditioning, and flat-screen televisions. All rooms are designed in accordance with our commitment to provide a calming retreat from the stresses of city life.  Just a one minute walk from your door to the sea you can find accessible docks for swimming and sun bathing. We also neighbor an array of beautiful trails and small roads that are perfect for anyone looking to jog, trek, or venture into the wilderness of our mountainside.

At the picturesque bay “Porto Buffalo” in south-central Evia, there you can find the boutique hotel “Evia Silence”. Built at the edge of a hill only ten meters from the beach, it has 10 rooms (double/triple), a lounge bar/restaurant, as well as an air-conditioned yoga room with an enchanting view to the sea. “Io” Yoga Room: Our new hall, with a view to both the sea and the mountain, it is the crowning jewel of our hotel. It has a fire wood floor and ceiling, painted with an ecological paint, in line with the ancient Greek techniques. Evia Silence is just two and a half hours from Athens international airport, tucked away in the mountains of Greece’s beautiful Evia island (Greece’s second largest island) overlooking the Porto Buffalo Bay coastline and the crystal clear Euboean sea.

I participated in a yoga retreat led by Vicky in Greece, on May 2019. We were an intimate group of wonderful people, sharing five days together on a beautiful island, practicing yoga in sunrise and meditation in sun dawn every day, exploring the island, eating delicious Greek homemade meals and most importantly, zooming out of our hectic everyday lives and tuning in to our deeper wishes and desires.


With her unique relaxed and fun-loving approach, Vicky led this very personal retreat with a lot of sensitivity and knowledge, she was in every detail, and took this retreat also as part of her own personal development journey, and it really showed.


My take at the end of the retreat was that living a life you don't need a vacation from is my current goal. While working on that :) I'm waiting for my next retreat with Vicky, as I feel this is so much more than a vacation, this is a time to relax, smile, recharge, and practice the art of designing your daily life as a vacation.

I found that Yoga retreat are a good way for me to take a break and to do what I love.  A way of deepening  my daily practice, enjoy good food and good rest.

You can be sure that Vicky will find the best place, with the best view and the food will be great! On top of that is the teacher(: vicky can see what you need in your practice and walks you and give you the exact challenge you need.
