This 10-day Yoga & Wellness Retreat will be the perfect week to reflect, breathe, learn, practice yoga, and heal.

The retreat is taking place on the Northern sunny & quiet beach of Goa. Expect movement & breathing and long moments of peace. Experience a blend of morning self-practice classes on the roof with ocean sounds, a Puja Ceremony, self-inquiry sessions, and special afternoon workshops and Restorative Sessions.

Enjoy a self yoga practice in the morning, and a delicious restorative practice in the afternoon, with meditation instruction and space throughout our 10 days together.
Beginning with quiet seated meditation and chanting to set our intentions for the day and develop deeper awareness. Followed by a self-practice
where each practitioner flows through the set sequence at their own pace following their own breath. And this is where the true magic happens. Self-practice style classes are a wonderful place to bring our attention to our breath and our body focusing on internalizing the senses.
These classes are tailored to all individual needs and welcome all levels of practitioners.
These sessions will begin with a discussion to encourage a deeper understanding of our yoga practices and their purpose within our modern lives. We’ll cover ideas relating to our sense of self or identity and the many challenges we face in finding balance in our lives. Following this with either a themed workshop-style educational yoga session, such as heart openers, twists, inversions, backbends, or restorative. Also journaling, philosophy, and self-transformation topics will be shared.
Housing 3,000 square meters of the beauty that is North Goa, lies Nalanda Retreat situated on the banks of the Arabian Sea. A spiritual haven where people from all over the world, spanning from beginners to expert yogis can come and bask in all that Nalanda has to offer.
About Nalanda Retreat
The word Nalanda, which in Sanskrit means Giver of Knowledge, defines the purpose of this yoga canter.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Deposit payment is subject to a 30-day clearing period. After which, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. All payments are not refundable after 30 days prior to the retreat starting date. Failure to pay the outstanding balance on time (without prior notice) may result in booking cancellation and the room is resold. Deposits under this circumstance are still non-refundable.
HEALTH & SAFETY
All participants are required to purchase travel insurance before attending the retreat. Injuries and/or illnesses that may put your health at risk by participating should be disclosed to us prior to attending. Food allergies and intolerances should be disclosed to us prior to attending.

We came back last week from a mesmerizing retreat with you in Jordan and I have to say it was one of the most amazing retreats I've been to. The yoga classes you gave made me look at my practice and yoga in general differently. You are so precise and thorough that it is inspiring. Your care for each and every one of the participants is admirable. You create fire and calm at the same time and your magic will charge me for a long time.
I came to the retreat for the first time in my life. At first, I watched the yoga class from the side because this is the first time I have attended such a class, you can directly see and understand Vicki's professionalism which is evident in every detail, in the calmness she installs in the students, in the many movements and the patience with which she Demonstrating them, she opened up to me a wonderful world that can serve as a haven of calm that I so need. In addition to the wonderful yoga, Vicky guided us on how to breathe, relax, experience meditation, and reach the right zone, which simply made me happy and enlightened and I felt great. To open all the blockages with Vicky - this is how I describe my yoga experience at a retreat with Vicky.
I haven't done yoga in 20 years. And even when I did, I practiced for a month and quit when it started to be difficult for me.
I signed up for a yoga retreat with no yoga experience and with the motivation to come open to try again.
In 4 magical days in the desert, Vicky revealed the magic of yoga
