What is a Restorative Yoga?

it is a use of yoga props to create physical comfort and facilitate deep relaxation where the body can heal itself. Only when the body is at complete comfort, it can let go of all unnecessary and start recovering, and healing. When the body is at full rest, the mind quiets and we get to tap into the alpha brain waves.
