In Ayurveda, each person has a unique balance of three primary energies,
or doshas:
* Vata (Air + Ether): Creative, light, and energetic, but can become anxious or restless when out of balance.
* Pitta (Fire + Water): Driven, focused, and passionate, but may experience irritability, inflammation, or digestive issues if aggravated.
* Kapha (Earth + Water): Grounded, calm, and nurturing, but can struggle with sluggishness, weight gain, or congestion when out of balance.
Your dosha influences your body type, temperament, metabolism, and even your tendencies toward stress or imbalance. Treatments are personalized according to your dosha and your current state, supporting your body’s natural healing abilities.
