Unplug from the relentless hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and surrender to the serenity and rest in the valley of bliss and stars.

Join us for this 7-day Safari Yoga retreat of mindfulness practices, conscious yoga movement in nature, delicious food, and self-reflection. This retreat is an invitation to slow down and heal from the stresses of daily life. You’ll learn how to find calm in this frantic world and develop skills for managing a stressful lifestyle.

Slowing Down Yoga retreat welcomes individuals from all walks of life, regardless of their prior experience in yoga or meditation. There is no need for any prerequisites—simply bring an open mind, and a willingness to let go.

THE DATES: 09 March – 15 March 2024

The itinerary includes:

· Dedicated retreat coordinator pre-during-post trip

· Airport transfer to your hotel on arrival

· 1 x night Bed & Breakfast at Four Points Hotel by Sheraton (Nairobi)

· Vehicle transfer from Four Points Hotel by Sheraton (Nairobi) to Sweetwaters Safari Camp (Ol Pejeta Conservacy, Laikipia)

· 5 x night full board accommodation at Sweetwaters Safari Camp including two game drives per day (day and night drives)

· 5 x Ol Pejeta Conservation Fees

· Daily yoga classes and workshops with Vicky Tomsky

· Lululemon yoga mats, Kenyan designed cushions, blankets, blocks and straps for your classes

· In-camp activities including swimming pool, large grounds for walking, water colour painting.

· Transfer from Sweetwater Safari Camp (Ol Pejeta) to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on day of departure.

· AMREF Emergency Evacuation Cover (required by all safari guests)

FAQ

How do I get there?​

Please take a flight to Nairobi Airport.

Make sure to be ready for the pick up from the hotel on March 9th. Which means that you will probably need to travel to Kenya on March 8th. One night in Nairobi Hotel is covered.

On the last day we shall return to Nairobi at 4pm so you can plan your travel arrangements accordingly.

What should I pack?

Once your reservation has been confirmed: you’ll be sent a welcome letter providing lots of useful information about the retreat, including a helpful guide on what to pack.

How many guests can we accommodate?

These experiences are designed to be more intimate. We limit the number of guests to 15 people to ensure you receive full attention from us.
