I’m still landing softly from my trip to Zanzibar . I spent 7 delicious days  on this magnetic island, teaching an intimate retreat to women who joined me from Greece and Ireland . While there, I caught a few Swahili words  - such a beautiful, melodic language. One word in particular stayed with me: “Asante Sana”  - thank you very much.
