Everything You Need to Know
Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Course with Vicky Tomsky
This internationally recognized therapeutic Restorative Yoga Training will ignite your journey to support healing in yourself and others, building resilience during stressful times and beyond. It is for people who want to learn a powerful therapeutic paradigm firstly for themselves as a foundation of self-care and to learn how to share healing tools with their students.
This Restorative Yoga Teacher Training will also have a significant focus on yoga philosophy, non-violent communication, student-teacher relationships, touch, ethics, and props.
The course will equip you with a diverse toolbox that includes Restorative Yoga poses, Breath Work (Pranayama), Ayurveda, and Meditation techniques. We will discover and explore the radical healing potential these therapeutic tools have to enhance the body’s ability to come into balance. After the completion of this course, you’ll feel confident guiding yourself and others through gentle but powerful therapeutic practices, whether one-on-one or in larger groups. In this training, we unpack the art and skill of safely holding space for others in a therapeutic setting.
Caring for others is not only a way of giving back, but it's also a form of self-care.
You will learn detailed instructions for setting up postures, designing sequences, and understanding how the process of rest and healing works.
We will learn how to facilitate well-balanced therapeutic sequences you can share with any level of practitioner to support recovery, health, and healing.
