Finding ease and stability in our practice sounds like an ideal reality, but how do we achieve time after time? Moreover, how can we invite this stability and ease into our lives, off the yoga mat?

Isn't that the deep purpose of why we are drawn to yoga from the first place: to live a life with less pain, with less frustration, and with more joy, lightness, simplicity, leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle?

But many of us struggle to find comfort and balance when we face challenges in our practice. And certainly, when difficult times meet us in our lives.

It is precisely for this purpose that we will gather in our yoga workshop, in the beautiful space of Sattva Yoga, and experience on our bodies through movement, breathing techniques and quiet sitting how to invite the easiness, softness and stability that we are all looking for.

"When we want to change the mind, we do something with the body" – this quote will lead us during the twists and inversions.

Twisting from the inside out, from the internal organs, will give us a new perspective on our bodies. Thus, we will understand the process of cleansing, healing and quieting the mind and the connection between the gut, Vagus Nerve and our mental and emotional health.

The inversions will show us why and how they quiet the brain waves, even in gentle and soft positions. Changing again our perspective on life, and rebuilding new relationships with ourselves and our well-being.

The way we move is very important.

In this workshop we will expand our knowledge in the field of anatomy, kinesiology and physiology, in a simple & playful way.

And it will help you, whether you are a yoga teacher or an experienced yoga practitioner, to find inspiration for your personal practice journey.

This way of learning will help you in any situation, age, period, and especially for difficult times. The tools you will go home with will allow you to understand how to avoid injuries, recover from existing pain and improve your range of motion.
