The Art of Teaching Yoga

The Art of Teaching Yoga Course was born out of a deep passion for yoga and my experience practicing & teaching this ancient practice for over 15 years.  When I just starting to teach, I was assured that what students needed the most was the information, but with time I learned that teaching yoga is about seeing others with soft eyes which begins with seeing yourself with soft eyes.

The Art of Teaching is a practical and useful guide to skillful hands-on assists and verbal communication workshop.

The course is called The Art of Teaching Yoga and explores my philosophy gathered from training teachers since 2013. Focused on topics you can immediately apply to your work, this course is designed to reinforce your own wisdom.
