Everything You Need to Know
Dive In Yoga Retreat welcomes individuals from all walks of life, regardless of their prior experience in yoga or meditation. There is no need for any prerequisites—simply bring an open mind, and the willingness to let go.
Dive In Yoga Retreat will be hosted by Chitravana Resort, 25 minutes outside of The center of Mysore. Surrounded by pristine forest, away from the bustle and noise of the city.
Chitravana has a special yogic ambiance. There are 10 private cottages available and 20 rooms at the resort, all of which have recently been renovated. The resort has its swimming pool for use by our retreat guests only.
Chitravana means painted forest. The resort was created from a painting using unique architecture to create a beautiful ambiance that came from the brilliant mind of Sri Murthy, the owner of the resort.

Guided activities and cultural excursions in the city of Mysore · A 3-hour workshop with ColorAshram with an introduction to natural dye through a hands-on session (on organic cotton swatches) of understanding how color chemistry works in natural dyeing. Tie and dye shibori on an organic cotton bandanna that you can make and take away to wear. A banana leaf meal lunch is included.

I’ve been there. Working long hours and rarely making time for myself while ignoring that inner voice.
Yoga and nature are two things that allow me to see life from a more balanced perspective.
As soon as we create space for self-care and learn how to keep stress at healthy levels: creativity and courage flourish. I created Slowing Down Retreat to share my passions, my lifelong learnings, and the experience of self-discovery by living with no fear and with softer eyes.

* For people sharing rooms we will give rooms with separate beds when possible.
Many of the rooms have only a single king-sized bed. We do our best to match
roommates in a way that lets everyone feel comfortable.

How to Reach Mysore?
The closest International Airport from Mysore is the Bangalore Airport for those who want to visit the city by air across the border. There is a domestic airport within the city itself that schedules flights to and from major cities like Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi and Kolkata.
