Nestled in the lush beauty of Sri Lanka, this 10-day retreat is designed to help you recalibrate, recharge, and remember who you truly are—without distractions, without pressure, without responsibilities.

What Happens on Retreat?

When we gather together, we apprentice ourselves to deeper ways of being. Witnessing different perspectives invites honest reappraisal of our assumptions and opens us beyond the black-and-white of habitual thinking. It's in this shared presence that the deeper heart of yoga reveals itself.

On retreat, we create time and space—for spaciousness. We encourage slow living—doing less, resting more—so that stillness can find you. When you have the right environment, your nervous system restores, and your body, mind find joy.

Sacred Pause Retreat is not a vacation.

It's a return to your inner world.

Your Daily Rhythm

Mornings begin with breath-led movement and somatic strength, guiding your body to open and soften.

Afternoons offer restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation, and transformational workshops, including hypnotherapy sessions designed to clear mental clutter and support deep inner change.

You'll have ample time to swim in the warm ocean, walk barefoot, nap, explore—or simply be. Meals are fresh and nourishing, offering moments of connection while always honoring your need for solitude.

Sample Daily Schedule

8:00–10:00 – Morning Yoga (Active Flow)
10:00–11:00 – Nourishing Breakfast
12:00–17:00 – Free Time (swim, nap, explore)
17:00–19:00 – Transformation Sessions / Restorative Yoga / Workshops
19:00 – Dinner Under the Stars

One afternoon is left open for a group excursion.

A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to secure your spot.

The remaining balance is paid in two instalments:

  • €500 due 90 days before retreat start

  • Remaining balance upon arrival
