Daily Schedule:
07:00 – Sunrise Meditation Walk (optional) 08:00-10:00 – Active Asana Practice with Vicky Tomsky 10:00 – Breakfast/Brunch 11:00-17:00 – Free Time to swim, rest, explore local markets, or relax by the pool 17:00-19:00 – Restorative Yoga Practice / Mini-Workshops / Transformation Sessions with Vicky Tomsky 19:00 – Dinner 20:00-21:00 – Various Sessions with Local Teachers (optional) One evening, a special Puja Ceremony will be organized. We will also have a free afternoon for you to explore more of the magical Goa.
