Finding Your Safe Harbor

On retreat in Costa Navarino in the Peloponnese this week, we explored how everything in life is shaped by the perspective we bring to the events that meet us daily. ~
We reflected on how our practice—our breath, movement, sitting in silence, and moments of reflection—serves as an anchor, the foundation for a joyful life.
Through yoga, journaling, and quiet contemplation, each of us discovered personal ways to stay grounded and embrace life fully. For me, it was remembering that my practice is my safe harbor, my daily reset.
In lives that keep us busy and distracted, stretched thin by screens and schedules, my few in-person retreats each year are rare opportunities to slow down, reconnect, and experience the power of practice together.
This was my last event of this year, but my schedule for next year is already available if you’re ready to start dreaming about 2026.
My next retreat invites you to gently release fears and limitations through the combined power of yoga and hypnotherapy, and to step into a deeper sense of freedom.
It’s also a space to rest fully, swim in turquoise waters, explore the beauty of Zanzibar, and give yourself wholehearted permission to simply be joyful.
