Good Things Take Time

Good Things Take Time is my lately daily living mantra.

Most of the days I have a tendency of feeling ‘’I am not doing enough’’, ‘’I am not productive enough’’, ‘’I don’t accomplish enough’’, ‘’I am not enough’’. If am not attuned enough, the ambitious ego of ‘’I need more, I want more’’, can easily sneak in to accelerate the process. Luckily, Yoga feels like home I can always come back to and realign my mental strategies.

Today I can officially celebrate my new website that is finally alive and kicking!!

Anyone who has ever built a website for her or his business, might relate to a feeling that this journey is like a rebirth. It is all about rebuilding, refreshing redesigning, packaging and publicly exposing your new identity.

This is my voice, my vision, my core message & my true passion for what I love sharing the most: Yoga.

Adi Aharon has a special gift. She works magically with patience, dedication, professionalism and speed that I could never dream of. Thank You!

Thank you, Adi, for bringing this project, myself, to life and giving it so much color. I am so proud of this mutual work and I can't wait to share it.

Remember: Good Things Take Time. Anything you do slowly, with patience, and steady preparation inevitably will garner deep and lasting rewards.

Can you relate? I would love to hear back from you.

Today’s treat is Burrito Guided Savasana I prepared specially for you! Practicing savasana daily is like pressing RESET button allowing the body to heal itself. It has been proven that relaxation, practiced daily, can reduce stress hormones & exhaustion but also help on a much vaster physiological scale.

So set your phone on pilot mode, grab your blankets and enjoy this relaxation pose, Burrito Guided Savasana. May it be of service to you.

These are my upcoming events. I hope to see you there. I missed you!

Our two yoga workshops in Israel this June changed their dates slightly. You can now read everything directly on my new website AND register online with payment. How cool is that?
