The Symphony of Life

I am writing to you after a long trip to Israel where I taught two exciting workshops and one extraordinary retreat in Wadi Rum Desert, Jordan. The pictures above might tell you a bit about what we experienced. In conclusion, I feel that this is what the Symphony of life sounds like.

While teaching I was emphasising how Yoga can help us physiologically shift our brain waves & calm our minds. When we practice, the point of focus shifts – in Cobra it’s the opening of my heart, in Meditation, it’s the slow breath.

But the big idea remains The Shift itself. It’s actually an interesting paradox: the more I disconnect from external events and stimuli, the more I can reconnect with myself.

More and more I understand my yoga practices as a vehicle to develop my human potential. This is the symphony of life for me.

it is such a privilege and an honor to be entrusted with the teaching of yoga in this lifetime. And I’m so grateful that you’re here with me, reading this, sharing this precious moment of your short life. Thank you!

Sending you today a video of how I love practicing and teaching Bakasana Pose.

Hope this will make you love bakasana.

‘’I am thankful every day for the great gift of yoga, yoga gives me a sense of peace and expansion, and especially the inner trength and resiliency needed to face the complexities of life in the twenty-first century.’’ My beloved teacher, Judith H. Lasater writes, and I couldn’t agree more.

Next month I will be leading 9 days retreat, Sankalpa, in beautiful Goa, India, where I am longing to return to since 2019.

Adriano, my friend, and a brilliant healer, and a human being will be there too, teaching afternoon sessions.

I have been visiting India with my students since 2015, this alone will show you how much I love teaching there. We have two last spots left available, join us!

Bring a friend and you each receive a 100-euro discount and an Ayurvedic massage.
