What makes you tick?

Hi, dear one,

Lately, I have been thinking a lot about what makes me tick. Especially when I have those small arguments with my partner, Alon, about filling out forms (OMG there are so many of them), dealing with banks (I can’t stand it), and paying bills (please don’t make me do it)!

He always has the same answer: ‘’I don’t get it: you can sit for hours planning your workshops, designing retreats, and booking flights, but you can’t make a bank transfer?’’

And my answer would always be this: ‘’Well, Yeah, I prefer to do things that bring me joy and outsource tasks I hate (:’’ Makes sense no?

Actions that make you tick will always be sustainable with joy and fulfillment. When you do something by force or without enthusiasm or pleasure, you will probably neglect it.

I am not talking only about paying bills, which we all might don’t like but have to do. I am referring more to how we perceive ourselves in this world and what are the best tools we can learn to live a life passionately.

Whether it’s your physical activity, facial routine, rest, nutrition, or relationships.

These aspects all need your investment, sacrifices, and consistency. But when this specific thing makes you tick, you are likely to do it more often without resistance.

So, what makes you tick my darling? Please reply to this email. I am right here and I would be happy to hear from you.

Today, I'm sharing with you a video about Dhanurasa, Bow Pose. It offers you a way to backbend without putting weight on your hands and wrists. When done in a holistic way, it could be energizing without pain in the lower back.

These series intend to help you recharge your self-practice. Last month I shared a video about Chair Pose- Uttkatasana. Did you watch it?

If this content serves your practice, please write a short reply and please subscribe to my YouTube channel.

Your support means a lot to me.
